There are three large bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, the other two have twin beds and a further smaller bedroom which also has twin beds. All are fully equipped with comfortable beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers and each have large windows giving wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. Also available for extra sleeping are two sofa beds, which open into doubles, plus two single roll out beds which can easily be accommodated in any of the bedrooms, terrace room or reception rooms.
There are two large bathrooms and one shower room, the bathrooms have over bath shower and bidet as well as wash basins and toilets. The shower room, with walk in shower, has washbasin and toilet.
All sleeping accommodation is separate from the reception rooms, which are one big sitting room and the other a very large open plan, kitchen, dining and sitting area. There is a large television with satellite channels and Spanish television channels. There is also a D.V.D. player and C.D. player, and a second television and D.V.D. player in one of the bedrooms. Guests wishing to connect their laptops to the internet can now take advantage of a recently installed broadband connection at no extra charge.

The kitchen is fully equipped with full size gas hob, electric oven, microwave, large double sink, large fridge freezer and a dishwasher. Pure filtered drinking water is on tap. To make your holiday even easier a fully equipped laundry room is also at your disposal with a large American style washing machine and tumble dryer. Also included are supplies of dishwasher and washing powder, loo rolls and soap.
Maid service is available once a week to clean as well as change linen and towels.
For the chillier evenings in the winter months there is a wood burning stove with plenty of wood provided.
The large south facing garden is extensively planted and has patio areas around the kidney shaped pool/Jacuzzi, barbeque and the house itself, plus plenty of garden furniture. A large roof terrace provides another opportunity for very private and sheltered sun bathing.
To the north of the house there is a large landscaped area with plenty of room to park cars.
The whole property enjoys panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and overlooks a dry river bed, whilst retaining its privacy and seclusion.
