| Please read carefully as these terms and conditions are
there for the protection of both parties. They are simple and straight
forward, if you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us
and we will be pleased to discuss them with you.
Your signature on the booking form, is to accept the terms and conditions
below ,and must be completed when returning the form to us.
DEPOSITS: A deposit of £50 is required when booking your holiday,
this is non-returnable. A further deposit of £20, for keys
to safe/doors, will be required on arrival, this deposit will be refunded
when you leave and return keys to us.
BALANCE: Full balance due will be paid on arrival. Apartments will be
made available from 2pm on your day of arrival and must be vacated by11am
on your departure day. These times are flexible when the apartment is
not in use before or after your stay.
LOSS OR DAMAGE : The hirer undertakes to take good care of the accommodation
and all facilities and keys for the duration of his/her stay, and and
would be expected to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition,
and reimburse us for any loss or damage at the apartment.
The hirer is responsible for his/her luggage and personal affects etc.We
do supply a safe in the apartment for valuables, but recommend that hirers
take out travel insurance, which includes cover for cancellation and delay,
luggage, medical costs, and public/ civil liability. We do not accept
any responsibility whatsoever for personal accident or injury.
NATURIST ETIQUETTE : Hirers undertake to follow the normal naturist hygiene
etiquette and use suitable towels to avoid soiling chairs, sofas and other
furniture when naked.( If visitors are unsure of what constitutes normal
naturist etiquette, more information can be found on the website www.british-naturism.org.uk)
PETS: We are unable to accept any pets due to our own on site dogs and
cats.
OUR OBLIGATIONS: we undertake to make accommodation available to the hirer
in a clean and tidy state and to maintain services and facilities in a
proper workable condition .Where an exceptional problem or fault occurs,
we shall make every effort to keep delay or inconvenience to a minimum.
But if for any reason we are unable to comply with this contract, by providing
the holiday home of the hirers choice or an equivalent , we are liable
forthwith to refund to the hirer the full amount of monies paid and our
total liability is limited to such monies. If for any reason outside the
control or responsibility of ourselves, - such as storm, fire , natural
disaster or police actions, the apartment booked cannot be inhabited after
the holiday has commenced, we will use our best endeavours to find alternative
accommodation as close as possible for the hirers for the remainder of
their holiday, although we do not guarantee this will be naturist.
